SheilaJoynes.com, SheilaJoynes.net (Sheila's Shop) and indeed Sheila herself are all exactly what they look like!

 Sheila is an individual music teacher who just happens to have a great reputation for teaching Music Theory, the idea of doing so on the Web and a natural presence in front of the camera.

Coincidentally, her partner, Stephen, is a former educatonal TV programme director who is now involved in new media and the Web.  It was a natural partnership in more ways that one.

Throughout the entire process of making these videos and putting them online, Sheila's driving force has been to make good quality Music Theory tuition available at a price everyone can afford - easily.  A complete Level (or Grade) of Music Theory tuition should cost you less than you pay for ONE SINGLE music lesson!

For this reason we ask that you do not "pass around" the videos and documents you download from this site - the prices really are set so everyone can afford them and Sheila and Stephen are obviously not a 'huge and faceless corporation'!  Thank you.
